English: This is a picture of contaminant plume being emitted from a smokestack in 2-dimensional space. The smokestack and its plume are reflected across the x-axis, to account for the mass of the contaminant that bounces and (perfectly) reflects off of the boundary (the ground). Any mass that is lost from the original plume is replaced by the image.
