Summary
An idealized representation of the four kinds of reserve power and the time intervals after an unexpected failure that they are in use. This image was created by Cedars using en:OmniGraffle. A PDF version of this image is available here. The diagram itself is based on Figure 2 from a March 2003 report by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory on Spinning Reserve From Responsive Loads.
I think the graph is wrong and different with the text. Non-spinning is the same meaing of Replacement reserve. Am I wrong ?
