How to use this template

To use this template to add a quotation:

1. Copy and paste the text in the box below into the next free slot on page Portal:Energy/Quotes.
2. Complete the details after the = signs and save the page.
3. Locate the code {{Random portal component|max=XX|header=Quotes on the main energy portal portal page (XX will be a number)
4. Increment the number 'max=XX' by 1 (to the total number of quotation groups on page Portal:Energy/Quotes) and save the page.

Note:

• 2, 3 or 4 quotes may be used, depending on quotation length, but 3 is ideal.
• Please include the date if possible, especially for modern quotations.
• The source is for ease of future reference / verification and is not displayed.
